ECE 3170 CHES Midterm II Examination

• Where: the same classroom as lecture
• When: Thursday, November 20, 2pm--3:15pm
• Policy:
  1. Open book for any of the books for class (required plus the optional textbooks); open book chapter printouts/pdf files and printouts/pdf files of lecture notes, posted research papers, homeworks, labs and solutions (including the Midterm I solution); any handwritten or typewritten notes you have taken including on an electronic device such as a laptop or tablet (but no phones!); all electronic devices must have wireless turned off during the exam; phones are not allowed; no other book or other printouts/materials without your handwriting (or typewriting) are allowed; no programs or AI on any electronic device may be used
  2. You may bring one calculator, but you are on the honor code to NOT use ANY programmable features whatsoever; you may also use a calcular application on your laptop or tablet computer (but not on your phone!)
  3. Please note that Prof. Mooney follows a "trust but verify" approach -- for example, you may be asked in class to show your laptop wireless is turned off
